To avoid charges, you must cancel or reschedule your private or class session(s) at least 48 hours before the scheduled time.

• If you cancel late (less than 48 hours in advance) or do not show up, you will be charged the full session rate.
   

Payment Policy

• When you purchase a package of private sessions or class sessions, you must use all sessions within the specified time frame of the package purchase.

• If sessions aren’t completed on time, it’s up to the trainer to decide whether or not to honor any remaining sessions.
   

Rescheduling Policy

• More than 48 hours in advance: You may reschedule or cancel, and your original payment will be applied as credit for a future session or service.

• Less than 48 hours in advance: The session is forfeited, and you must make a new full payment to reschedule.
   

Refund Policy

• NO REFUNDS for missed or unused sessions.

• Intuitive Canine is committed to the quality of our training services and does not provide refunds; however, we will offer credit for future sessions or services in accordance with our guidelines.
